Return & Refund Policy
The return/replacement/refund policy is designed keeping our consumers in mind. The following policies will keep consumer minds at ease while thinking to purchase online:
If you wish to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt. No return/refund/replacement on SALE products.
The product must be unused, unworn and undamaged in its proper packing for return/exchange. The product should not have any dirt, scratches or fold marks. If the product or the box is damaged, the returns/exchange will not be accepted. The product should be in a saleable condition.

Kindly note, you will also have to bear the shipping charges for any items you wish to return or exchange. Frameoffers will only bear the cost of shipping for the replacements sent to you.
Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the reason for return/replacement. Please mention your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment. Upon receipt of your request, our customer service representative will guide you through the returns process. Please return to us the unused merchandise in original packing (Same box in which the merchandise was sent to you) for inspection. Replacement, if available will be couriered to you or a credit note will be available for unhampered products. In case you wish to return the product, the amount excluding the bank charges will be returned on approval from our Quality Controller.
We understand that at times you may want to return the product you have purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and want to exchange the product, this can be done within 30 days, so long as the item has not been worn, is still in saleable condition and still has the labels attached.
We will not be able to return or exchange any items without a receipt and any refunds due will only be made to the original payer.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You do not need to give us a reason for canceling your product nor will you have to pay any penalty.
